We all possess an inner wisdom that can guide us to a peaceful life and authentic happiness. Therapy can help you actualize that wisdom. Life is full of setbacks and other challenges. Therapy can help you transform life’s difficulties into tools for greater self-understanding and the motivation to make valuable changes.

Therapy can help you identify and remove the obstacles to happiness and whatever is negatively impacting your ability to achieve your goals and live your best life. We will engage in the change process collaboratively, starting where you are right now, and proceeding at your pace.

There are many scientifically proven psychotherapy techniques to help people gain insight and make important changes. I use a combination of several therapeutic modalities depending on each person’s treatment goals. In general, I integrate a Positive Psychology / Solutions Focused perspective using Psychodynamic and Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Interventions.
